Tabatha Burford and Heather Gilbert have built strong industry relations Nationally and Internationally, with over 20 years combined experience in the fashion industry. The two have been working with luxury and commercial brands, magazines, casting directors, production companies, photographers, stylists, and have cultivated relationships with modelling agencies worldwide. The two provide a safe space and strong support system. They recognize the unique challenges that talent can face and are here to support and guide their talent to ensure they reach their goals and have a successful career. 

Heather Gilbert began her career in London, England. She studied at The University of the Arts London, London College of Fashion, and graduated with a BA(HONS) in Fashion Public Relations. She entered the exciting and fast paced world of fashion, working with some of the top agencies, models, and industry professionals in the world. Originally hailing from Toronto, Heather has had the opportunity to live and work in major cities such as London, Paris, and Dubai. Her career enabled her to travel internationally, scouting, managing, and developing client and brand relationships. That also gave her the opportunity to travel within the major markets for her work, including Fashion Weeks in London, New York, Paris, and Milan. Heather has brought back her breadth of global experience to share with Toronto and to Co-Found Rogue Management.

Tabatha Burford has been managing models and actors in Toronto for several years. Working with top clients and models, Tabatha believes in a personal touch when it comes to model management. A University of Toronto graduate, Tabatha has worked on both sides of the industry. She launched her own clothing label shortly after graduation and worked in the beauty industry before settling into her role as agent and now Co-Founder of Rogue Management.
